Meet Radhika Dhruv, a Versatile Leader with a passion for serving society and effecting positive change. Radhika proudly holds the esteemed role of Club President for the Rotary Club of Madras Cosmos for the 2024-25 term, marking a historic milestone as the club's First Woman President and Charter President of District 3233. With over 15 years of multifaceted experience spanning Hospitality Operations, Marketing, and Banking, Radhika brings a wealth of expertise to her endeavors. She previously excelled as a Businesswoman, Vice President of the WICCI Tamil Nadu Social Service Council, and presently serves as Associate Director - Corporate, Commercial & Institutional Banking at Standard Chartered Bank. Beyond her professional achievements, Radhika serves as an Advisor to the Born To Win Research Foundation Trust, demonstrating her commitment to community welfare. Her interests and skills extend into Branding, Marketing, Public Relations, Event Organization, Networking, Emceeing, Dancing, and Driving. Radhika's mantra is simple yet powerful: "You need a change? Take the first step towards it." She thrives on continuous growth, aspiring to be an Excellent Leader in all facets of her life.
